Vincent Neoh Boon Hee was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016 and he graduated with a degree in law from the Multimedia University in 2015. Vincent is the Head of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial and Estate Planning department.

Vincent’s current primary focus is in mergers and acquisition, regulatory compliance, foreign direct investments, corporate and commercial contracts, real estate transactions, banking and finance, as well as estate planning areas. His experience as In-House Counsel in a reputable developer in Malaysia has added to his abilities to provide immense value in his corporate and commercial practice.

He has advised clients in the following sectorial industries: electronic commerce, information technology, oil and gas (refinery and petrochemical), services, electronics and electrical, manufacturing, food and safety, hospitality, tourism, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical equipment, among others.

Nevertheless, Vincent has vast experience in various reverse take-over exercises which include conducting discovery due diligence, drafting prospectus, share-sale agreement, and got involved with other corporate capital exercises such as private placement and rights issues.

Vincent is passionate in his quest for knowledge and has an ardent interest in public interest issues.
