Mr. Ow Ji Jim graduated with Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Multimedia University in the year 2015 before commencing his pupilage in Messrs J.M.Chong, Vincent Chee & Co and later founded Messrs Mark Law Chambers back in the year 2016.

Jim is actively practicing in real estate matters since the establishment of Messrs Mark Law Chambers. He is also being appointed by numerous companies as a non-executive Director to provide his legal expertise when required.

As the head of the Real Estate division, Jim has extensive knowledge and experience in handling real estate work ranging from subsales to new projects and even land transactions. In the year 2018, Jim was invited to represent a real estate technology company to visit Laos and Vietnam to study the market and legal aspects to set up a base in the Country. In the year 2020, Jim was then appointed as legal representative in dealing with property technology transactions with a renowned company from Dubai.

Being recognized for his talent and experience, he has been appointed as a legal advisor to a number of companies in the fields of transcription, property technology, mining, and property development. Jim is regularly invited to speak at local and international conferences not only with regard to law but also extended to legal aspects of business.
